Bulgarian Cloud Office secures €2M and becomes leading Google Cloud partner
Cloud Office, one of the fastest-growing Google Cloud Partners in Central and Eastern Europe, announces a €2 million investment from Eleven Ventures, a leading early-stage VC fund in the region. The funding will primarily support Cloud Office’s expansion into Greece, establishing a local office and team to meet the increasing demand for sophisticated cloud and AI services.
“I remember vividly one of our first Google Workspace migrations, a small accounting company with 2 employees,” recalls Dimitar Pavlov, founder of Cloud Office. “We spent a full day on the migration, training, and use case explanations. Even though the monthly revenue was just 5 euros, we gained a happy customer. We’ve maintained this customer-first culture regardless of size, aiming to be the most recognizable and preferred Google Cloud Partner in EMEA. Even today, one of the largest new customer acquisition channels is the referral.”
Cloud Office helps businesses implement cloud technologies
Cloud Office is a leading Google Cloud Partner, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Bulgaria with subsidiaries in London and Athens. The company serves over 650 customers across EMEA, specializing in cloud technology adoption through Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud. In 2024, Cloud Office was named Google Cloud Partner of the Year in the Expansion category.
Founded by Dimitar Pavlov and later joined by Chavdar Trendafilov, Dimitar Chakarov, Ivo Zimbilev, Georgi Gocev, and Ivan Dobrinov, Cloud Office has quickly become a key player in the cloud services market. The company’s success is rooted in its founding team‘s deep and diverse expertise. All main departments of the operation – from system architecture to delivery, to sales, to operations are founder-led.

Expansion in Greece to accelerate the market in the CEE
The cloud services market is experiencing rapid growth, fueled by accelerated automation and the proliferation of AI. This presents businesses, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, with the challenge of selecting and implementing the right cloud solutions from a vast array of options. Cloud Office helps businesses accelerate the digitization of processes in order to increase revenue, control costs and stay competitive.
Therefore, the new €2 million investment will be used to:
- Establish a local office and team in Greece, led by Konstantinos Kalogerakis as a Country Head;
- Support existing relationships, including a major Greek media organization, one of the brightest and biggest digital native companies, arguably the largest local retailer, and develop new engagements in the Greek market;
- Strengthen Google Cloud’s presence in Greece as the first award-winning regional partner with a local presence.
“While I knew one of the Cloud Office’s founders, I didn’t appreciate the scale and massive potential of their business until we started talking about the investment,” said Svetlozar Georgiev of Eleven. “Their business model has a recurring-revenue stream of reselling Google’s and JumpCloud products, combined with a high-margin services stream. Both reinforce each other in a nice flywheel. We were also impressed by their deep AI expertise, demonstrated by very advanced projects for regional market leaders.”
