Boston Dynamics Lets its Robot Dog SpotMini Dance the „Running Man“
A lot of people have been freaking out when they saw the robots of Boston Dynamics sprint, jump or pulling off acrobatic moves. Some said they were reminded of evil robots in movies and talked about the ascent of „Skynet“ (the synonyme for a robot-controlled world). Now Boston Dynamics, now a subsidiary of the Japanese SoftBank, wants to show us the cute side of its robots.
In a new video (see above), the US company based in Waltham, Massachusetts, lets its SpotMini robot dog dance to the rhythm of „Uptown Funk“ by Glee Cast. If that is to cheesy for you, watch Boston Dynamics‘ Atlas performing some impressive parkour moves below. Sweet dreams!
